Meet Our Clinical Team

During his career, Dr. Steele served on active duty in the United States Army and completed rotations in a sleep clinic, primary care center, and in cognitive evaluation. He also completed training experiences at a community mental health center in rural Iowa and private practices in Lancaster, PA and Virginia Beach, VA. Dr. Steele has supervised multiple clinical trainees at various levels and has taught several courses as an adjunct professor at Lancaster Bible College.

He has spent time volunteering with church youth groups and running rescue as an EMT for the city of Virginia Beach. Prior to attending graduate school for clinical psychology, he was also enrolled in an MFA program for cinema/television directing.

Dr. Steele enjoys many "geeky" interests (Lord of the Rings, MCU, Star Wars, etc.), playing board games, PS5 games, resistance training, cooking, traveling, and of course spending time with his adorable dog, Hayley. He also deeply enjoys cinema and tries to watch a movie a day.
