Ideal for: addressing different behavioral health issues simultaneously

Diagnostic Evaluation
(One Session)
60-120 MINUTES
Initial clinical impression which will likely include a diagnosis (some diagnoses require additional testing, such as ADHD, TBI, dementia, etc.)
Recommendations for next steps (treatment, etc.)
Official written letter with diagnosis and/or recommendations
One Payment of $350
Ideal for when another medical provider (PCP, psychiatrist, etc.) wants a diagnosis from a licensed behavioral health provider
Individual and couples' sessions without an "unlimited" plan are $300 / session
